UNION COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY Meeting Room / Community Room It is the intention of the Union County Public Library Board of Trustees to make the Union County Public Library meeting rooms available to individuals and organizations when these facilities are not needed for activities sponsored in whole or part by the library. Public meeting room use does not constitute library endorsement of the beliefs or ideas expressed by organizations or individuals using the space. The library reserves the right to revoke permission previously granted if deemed appropriate. Please contact Ruth Frasur at the Union County Public Library (765-458-5355) for further information or to check availability of either the Meeting or Community Room. Meeting room capacity is 54 people with table and chairs or 115 with chairs only. A maximum of 50 chairs are available and 10 tables. Applicants are responsible for set up and clean up of the facility. See application for details. Applications may be faxed to the UCPL at 765-458-9375 or returned in person. |
