College Corner is located on US 27 South. The town is divided by the Ohio / Indiana border as well as the boundaries of three counties: Union in Indiana and in Ohio, Butler and Preble. The cemetery began as the Ridenour Family Cemetery, but later grew to become a community burial ground.
