This cemetery was read during the depression. At that time it was identified as being on the Will Fosdick farm which is the Thos. Beard farm in Union the Union Co. Atlas. It was located about 3/4 mile southeast of the farm buildings.   In 2006 very few stones remain. It is east of State Road 101 south of Liberty.

From  Liberty:  Indiana 101  south.      Approximately 1-11/2 miles south of Liberty.    Pass the entered to Whitewater State Park (right side of Road).   Just past the entered Fosdick  Road turns Left (east).   The cemetery is on the Left side of the road after it angles south east
